Training techniques to smash through any tray
Get tired with a weight loss plateau? If
this is the case, chances you're frustrated by this powerful and perhaps even
consider giving up altogether.
But before this, it is essential that you
consider some simple yet effective things you can do instead of going through
the plateau and back on more successful.
There is no sense throwing away all the hard
work you put in when making a few adjustments, you can speed your way forward.
Have a peak look at some of the top
training techniques that you should try if you're stuck in the dreaded weight
loss plateau.
Interval
Training
The first and probably the most effective
way to bust through a plateau is to introduce interval training. If you have
been slugging on the treadmill, bike, elliptical, doing sessions moderate pace
for what seems like hours, it must change.
These types of workouts are simply not
produce the level of results you want if you really should be avoided in the
first place.
Instead, try interval training:
- Replace periods of high intensity work with periods of lower intensity training for 30-60 seconds
- Repeat 6-10 times and add a five minute warm-up and cooling
Formats
change the weight lifting
Then also consider changing around your
bodybuilding program. If you use free weights for a while , think about setting
up and using weight machines instead. Or, try kettlebell training.
There are so many different ways that you
can go to set up a program of strength and conditioning for yourself, there is
no reason to not allow your body to adapt.
Even just changing some of the exercises
you do around can be enough to completely renew the program and help you see
results fast.
Take
a week off
Last but not least, consider taking a week
off your workout program . As strange as it may seem, sometimes rest is the
key.
If you have been pushing hard for a very
long time, chances are that your body is completely exhausted and could use the
break. Give it a rest and when you come back and start training, do not be
surprised if the results are starting to move along much faster.
In addition, this will also help to
revitalize your mind and help improve your level of motivation as well , both
of which can be great to keep going with your program.
The important thing to remember about
busting through a plateau is to avoid getting too frustrated and instead of
thinking rationally. Try to make some changes here and there and see what
results come about .
Usually, you only need to have one or two small adjustments and you will be back on track and get the great results.
