Interval Training

If you have been pushing hard for a very long time, chances are that your body is completely exhausted and could use the break. Give it a rest and when you come back and start training, do not be surprised if the results are starting to move along much faster.

In addition, this will also help to revitalize your mind and help improve your level of motivation as well , both of which can be great to keep going with your program.

The important thing to remember about busting through a plateau is to avoid getting too frustrated and instead of thinking rationally. Try to make some changes here and there and see what results come about .

Usually, you only need to have one or two small adjustments and you will be back on track and get the great results.
